Nordic POP Annual meeting 2022: AUGUST, 10-12 2022
The Nordic POP Annual Meeting is arranged by Åbo Akademi University as a 2-day conference on board a ferry sailing from Helsinki to Stockholm and back to to Helsinki .
The meeting will focus on AI and Data Driven Life Science, Translational aspects to Drug/Pharmaceutical Research as well as Sustainable Pharmacy. We will also include a session on introducing Rising Stars among the Nordic POP network, with newcomers presenting their research and other related activities.
Further, the Career Development concept of this year aims to give PhD students an option of preferring either a short pitch or traditional poster presentation of their current research. Besides that, for selected late-stage PhD students/postdocs (or other young researchers) a possibility will be given to present their work in short talks, in order to cover the full research development of the Nordic POP consortium and to enable the next career move within by finding a match for postdoctoral work, senior mobility or future collaboration."
With respect to the Annual Meeting that is taking place 10-12 August, University of Helsinki will organize the pre-meeting event that will focus on career transfer from Academi to Company environment.

In line with the general vision, as well as one of the main cross-cutting theme throughout past and current year of Nordic POP reasearch, we pursue green and sustainable approach to our activities in any aspect we can. Therefore, there will not be any printed book of abstracts.
